Prices are for the property in UK pounds. Bookings for less than 7
days will incur a cleaning cost of £35.00.
Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included
in the price.
We suggest that you ring or email us to confirm that our
‘availability’ is as shown on Holiday Lettings. After
confirmation, we will hold all available dates, to allow you
sufficient time to book a cheap flight and return to us to book
the number of nights/weeks required.
A deposit of £100 is required on booking and the balance payable
6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made
within 6 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of
£100 is required against breakages and damage which will be
refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to our
agent and providing our agent has found everything to be in order
after checking the apartment
